Konga Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”) develops the Batuque Beats application. This Privacy Policy is designed to inform users about our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

1. No Collection of Personal Data

Batuque Beats was built with a "Privacy by Design" approach.

Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identifying information (PII), such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
Gameplay Data: All progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
Biometric Data: Although the VR hardware may process movement data to enable gameplay, Konga Studios does not access, collect, or store any biometric or movement data.

2. Third-Party Services (Meta / Oculus)

The application is distributed through the Meta Quest Store. While using the app, Meta may collect certain technical, diagnostic, or analytical data as governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.

We do not have access to your Meta account credentials or any personal data collected by Meta.
We recommend reviewing the Meta Privacy Policy to understand how they handle your hardware and platform data.

3. Children’s Privacy (LGPD & COPPA)

We are committed to the safety of minors.

We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction).
Since the app does not collect any data from any user, it is inherently compliant with the protection of minors' privacy.

In accordance with the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), we reinforce that:

Data Processing: There is no processing of personal data carried out by the controller within the application.
